Keeping users happy is a big priority for everyone at Zapproved. When someone needs a hand, we get involved. We’re not satisfied until our users are satisfied. Most of the time that service flies under the radar.
When Dan over at WebBizTech encountered a problem, he sent an e-mail to our support e-mail. I guess he liked what happened next because he dedicated an entire post to it entitled “Good Support & Bad Support.” It has to make you feel good when you read something like this on a blog: “Aside from having a great product (which we all need), Zapproved.com has a great staff!”
We strive to make every user have a great experience with Zapproved. No blogging required.
